Hope-Wellness Eco-Resort accommodates adults only and guests must be 19 years of age or older to attend this event.
RIGHT OF ADMISSION RESERVED
Hope Music & Wellness Festival reserves the right to refuse admission in any circumstances.
Admission will be refused without a valid ticket.
Admission will be refused outside of the publicized box office opening hours.
Hope Music & Wellness Festival is an event exclusively for those over the age of 19. Admission will be refused without a valid form of identification to prove this. Valid forms of ID include; an in date photographic driver’s license or provisional licence, an in date passport.
A personal and baggage security search is a condition of entry to the event. Anybody found to be in possession of a prohibited item may have that item confiscated, be refused entry to the event without a refund and in serious cases be detained by the police.
Antisocial behaviour will not be tolerated. Anyone found to be acting in an antisocial way will be ejected from the event and will not receive a refund.
Persons who have gained access to the event without a valid ticket, permission, or other lawful authority to remain, or have gained access by fraudulent means, may be searched and will be evicted.
CHANGES TO EVENT
The promoter reserves the right to make changes to the advertised lineup, artists, performers, attractions and activities at any time without notification. We reserve the right to terminate any vendor contract or terms of agreement with notification.
PHOTOGRAPHY & FILM
Ticket holders consent to the use of their actual or simulated likeness in connection with the production, exhibition, advertising and/or exploitation of any photos, film, video and/or audio recording of this event and/or any element thereof in any/all media throughout the world.
No professional film, video or audio recording equipment is allowed on site without prior permission. This includes all cameras with a detachable zoom lens.
PROHIBITED ITEMS
Weapons. Knives and bladed items. Illegal substances. Glass bottles and containers. Sound systems. Generators. Flammable liquids. Nitrous oxide canisters or dispensers. Spray paints and paint pens. Animals. Any items which the organisers consider may be used in an illegal or offensive manner shall be confiscated.
FIRES, BBQS GAS CANISTERS
Gas bottles are not allowed onsite. Fires and disposable BBQs are strictly prohibited.
PETS
No pets or animals are allowed to be brought onto the event site. Exceptions will be made for dogs assisting the visually impaired.
SAFETY
Admission is at Ticket Holder’s own risk. Hope Music & Wellness Festival and Fundy Farms: Local Harvest will not be held liable for any loss, injuries or damages sustained at the event including damage, theft or losses to property and motor vehicles, if the cause is due to the negligence of the ticket holder or the actions of other patrons or third parties or force majeure.
To protect your own safety and those of other guests, please act responsibly.
Exposure to loud and excessive music may be damaging to your hearing.
Strobe lighting may be used at the festival.
Fireworks, chinese lanterns, flares and the burning of plastics are not permitted.
Medical treatment at Hope Music & Wellness Festival is provided by a separate legal entity. Any claims resulting from medical treatment on-site should be directed to the providers. Hope Music & Wellness Festival accepts no liability for any injury, claim or damages resulting from any medical treatment on-site.
Attendees are aware that this event takes place in an outdoor, rural, forest location and that being in such a location carries a certain element of risk. Hope Music & Wellness Festival accept no responsibility for any loss or injury resulting from any persons attendance at the location. Attendees are responsible for bringing appropriate footwear and clothing.
Outdoor activities come with a danger of personal injury and death. Hope Music & Wellness Festival and its partners will take every care to ensure your safety. However, by their very nature, fitness activities involve an element of risk which can never be totally eliminated. All participants should be prepared to accept these risks and to take responsibility for their actions. Participation in all activities on site is voluntary and is at your own risk. Hope Music & Wellness Festival accepts no liability for any injury, claim or damages resulting from participation in any activities on-site. For all our activities, we recommend that you take out your own personal accident insurance cover.
Attendees are responsible for ensuring that they are fit enough to undertake your chosen activity. We strongly advise against alcohol being consumed whilst you are undertaking an activity.
Activity instructors reserve the right to refuse participation in an activity to attendees who may be deemed to be under the influence of alcohol or drugs or otherwise unfit to participate in the activity.
TICKETING, RESELLING, TRADEMARKS, COMPETITION
Event Brite is the only platform authorised by Hope Music & Wellness Festival for ticket holders to transfer their tickets or resell them. Use of the Event Brite platform constitutes acceptance of the Terms and Conditions and Privacy Policy contained on their website.
Prior written permission is needed by Hope Music & Wellness Festival to use Hope Music & Wellness Festival tickets in any sales promotions, media, marketing, reward programmes, staff incentives, raffles, auctions or general competitions.
All tickets are strictly non-refundable. Booking fees are non-refundable.
Hope Music & Wellness Festival does not offer refunds in the event of lost or stolen tickets or where the ticket holder cannot attend the event due to reasons beyond the company’s control.
COMMERCIAL ACTIVITY
Strictly no trading or other commercial activity by any ticket holder will be allowed on the event site without Hope Music & Wellness Festival’s prior written consent.
