At Hope Wellness Fest, we believe that taking care of your mind and body is just as important as having fun. That's why we're thrilled to offer a range of wellness services throughout the weekend to help you feel your best.

We’ve invited a team of experienced practitioners to offer “mini” wellness sessions at reduced rates throughout the festival. So why not take a break from the hustle and bustle of the festival and treat yourself to some well-deserved self-care? Book your wellness session on site and discover a new level of relaxation and rejuvenation at our festival.

Card Readings & Meditation

  • Come vibe with East Coast’s Shamaness, High Priestess Kasia Diana as she leads the Opening Intention Ceremony for the second annual Hope Music & Wellness Festival.

    During the festival she will be offering pop up card and tea readings with a chance to win a 1:1 mentorship for her signature program “Matriarch Codes”. Kasia Diana is a divine channel for matriarchs and uses her psychic abilities to share blessings and messages from your spiritual guides.

Cold Camp

  • At East Coast Plunge, we turn cold water therapy into a mindful journey. We set out to build a community that encourages individuals to step out of their comfort zones, embrace the cold, and discover the beauty that lies beyond familiarity. Emerging stronger, wiser, and more connected than ever before. Through personal exploration, education, and training, we aim to help you view this practice as more than just a routine but as a meditative pathway towards enhanced mental clarity, emotional balance, and a renewed sense of purpose.

    Join us to embrace the cold and anchor yourself to a healthier, more harmonious lifestyle.

Massage Therapy

  • Courtney Waterman specializes in deep tissue therapy, but likes to call herself an intuitive healer. She connects deeply to what her clients need in the present moment. As an intuitive healer, she has spent five years learning about energy healing. Courtney feels body work and energy work go hand in hand while in the treatment room. After gaining a deeper knowledge of the body, Courtney opened her own practice called The Healing Space and will be offering treatments throughout the weekend at her pop-up clinic on site.
